Ended up injuring myself trying to follow this advice, so returned the item a few days later. I found the reception quite frosty and they didn't think to apologise for the inconvenience or the injury caused, and as I left the store I got grumpy stares from 3 of the women, which is not what I would expect from a high-end retailer at all. Yes, it's frustrating when you are dealing with a return but I'm still a customer and the customer experience should be just as excellent whether I'm returning something or spending money with you. Please improve your attitudes and learn to smile and be polite. I will be going elsewhere for future purchases.
