Checkout staff, and most of the floor staff are miserable,rude and just downright ignorant. Ask to buy a bag and it's like I've asked for one of their limbs. God forbid if you need to enquire on an item if the member of staff is filling a shelf.....the look you get before you ask says do one....it's like it's an effort to serve you ! Large staff turnaround needed.....
